Weight Loss

This client had recently tried so many different approaches to fat loss and felt she would make a little progress and then go back to square one.

She decided to come to me for a block of PT sessions after seeing some of my videos on FB and took on the approach of calorie counting and aiming for a step goal and a protein goal.

We started in June and is currently 20lbs down and we are still working together to achieve more!
