There are about 2 to 3 months between these photos, we started off tracking calories and hitting a step goal, after that she had a much better understanding of nutrition and calories.
After a while then decided she didn’t need to track her calories anymore because she was doing so well, I recommend she went to maintenance calories and worked on having a good pre and post-workout meals to fit around her PT sessions and her runs. This also really helped her performance in the gym. Since then she has dramatically increased all her lifts in the gym and is getting stronger every week. In total, she has lost 10lbs and continues to run regularly and has 3 PT sessions a week.
